ANN CLINIC SUGAR LOG processes blood glucose and insulin records for clinical follow-up. We collect only what is needed for care: glucose values, insulin doses, timing, symptoms, remarks, and account contact details.

Meter photos used for OCR are processed on your device and are not retained on our servers. Data in transit uses HTTPS. Day-to-day clinical access is limited to the patient and authorized clinic staff. Technical builders and maintainers of this system may access stored data only when needed for security, troubleshooting, backups, or system operation — not for routine clinical browsing. Audit logs record access events without storing clinical values in application logs.

本系统仅收集诊疗所需的血糖、胰岛素、时间、症状与备注等数据。血糖仪照片仅在设备端 OCR 识别，不在服务器长期保存。传输使用 HTTPS。日常诊疗访问限于患者本人与授权医护。系统制作与维护人员仅在安全防护、故障排查、备份或系统运维必要时可能接触存储数据，不会将数据用于日常浏览或诊疗决策。应用日志中的审计记录不含临床数值。
